Last month, new sidewalks and a new shared-use bicycle and pedestrian path were completed on Guadalupe between 18th St. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Austin Transportation Department also plans to convert 17th and 18th streets between San Jacinto Boulevard and Trinity Street from one-way to two-way traffic patterns.
