Thank you for agreeing to be a speaker for our Downtown Austin Alliance event. Please read the following:
- The Downtown Austin Alliance will cover up to $80 per day per diem for meals and incidental expenses.
- Any additional expenses beyond this limit will be the responsibility of the speaker.
- DAA with NOT pay for the accommodations for speaker assistants.
- Receipts must be submitted for reimbursement within a week from the scheduled event.
- National/International Speakers:
- Speaker will be held responsible for booking their travel accommodations.
- Hotel accommodations will be reserved by the Downtown Austin Alliance.
- Speakers WILL arrive at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled event.
