The Downtown Austin Alliance invites you to our 2024 Annual Meeting of Members and to participate in the electronic 2024 Board of Directors vote.

Join us May 15, 2024 at our Annual Meeting as we announce your 2024 Board of Directors and elect Officers. Dewitt Peart, Downtown Alliance president and CEO, will report on this year’s organizational accomplishments, and strides made toward the Downtown Austin Vision and share progress on our 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.

Voting members of the Downtown Austin Alliance should receive a letter and proxy form by mail, which contains registration codes for the election links below. If you are the owner of record of real property downtown and have not received a letter, please contact us at hello@downtownaustin.com or call (512) 381-1150. We encourage you to vote by proxy or electronically.

Property Members – a person or entity that is the record owner of a tract or parcel of assessable real property on the records of the Travis Central Appraisal District located within the Austin Downtown Public Improvement District (PID) as identified by a taxpayer identification number.
Business/Community Member – Any person or entity who makes payment of the annual dues for membership.
