City Council Member Kathie Tovo and the Austin Transportation Department are hosting a Scooter Summit on June 22. Visit booths to learn about scooter safety and test out some rides while enjoying tacos and coffee (provided).
This is a free event, but please keep in mind that some ride fees may apply, per scooter company policy. Rides will be available to adults ages 18 and older, and helmets are encouraged.
Attendees should check the Austin Transportation Department’s Facebook and Twitter pages the morning of the event in case of inclement weather.
