Thank you for your interest in performing at the Downtown Austin Alliance’s Holiday Sing-Along & Stroll. Please review the following information before submitting your inquiry form:

  • While we are unable to offer full performance fees, we value and appreciate the time and talent performers bring to this community event.

  • The Downtown Austin Alliance does not cover travel, lodging, or per diem expenses for performers or performer assistants.

  • We are seeking festive, family-friendly, and interactive entertainment to help make downtown magical for the holidays. This includes but is not limited to bands, choirs, dance performances, talent shows, and more.

  • The event takes place on Saturday, December 6, from 5:00–8:00 PM on Congress Avenue.

  • Performers must arrive at least 1 hour prior to their scheduled performance window.

  • If you are no longer able to participate or have specific needs we should know about, please reach out to events@downtownaustin.com as soon as possible.

Please complete the interest form by September 22, 2025 and will be selected in early October. We look forward to learning more about your talents!
