With 26 projects underway and 25 more in the pipeline, downtown development won’t be slowing down anytime soon. Michele Van Hyfte, our vice president of urban design, spoke with KVUE’s Bryce Newberry last week on the state of downtown development.
“The activity that we see in downtown right now is an indication of the very healthy real estate market economy that we had when we entered this pandemic,” said Michele Van Hyfte in the interview.
