The Downtown Austin Alliance Ambassador Team provides cleaning and safety services in the Downtown Public Improvement District (PID) on a daily basis. In addition to these ongoing efforts, business and property owners in these downtown areas may request specific services.

Submit service requests to our Downtown Ambassador team for public litter or waste, graffiti removal, sidewalk-cleaning issues, general information, safety escorts, flat tire or battery jump.

For immediate needs, such as safety escorts, flat tire or battery jump, call our Ambassador team at (512) 937-7422.

In case of emergency, call 911 immediately. For requests outside the Downtown PID boundaries, to report crimes after the fact or request city infrastructure repairs, call 311.
