On August 21 and 22, 16th St. between San Antonio St. and Colorado St. will undergo conversion from one, to two-way traffic patterns. There will be rolling lane closures with at least one open lane on each side.
This is an Austin Transportation initiative, as part of the State of Texas Capitol Complex Master Plan.
