Art City Austin’s return to downtown last weekend was a blast! Art Alliance Austin transformed the square into an immersive experience, showcasing Austin’s creative spirit through visual, musical, and culinary arts. Patricia Shults, Executive Director for Art Alliance Austin, reflected on the festival, saying:
“Art City Austin 2019 was an amazing success in our new old “home” at Republic Square. Comments from artists, presenters, and event goers raved about the setting and the magical backdrop it created for the festival. Many artists recorded record sales and are excited to be back next year. Art Alliance Austin sincerely appreciates the partnership with the Downtown Alliance and was grateful for the opportunity to create magic in the renovated setting.”
