On Monday, May 20, construction began to improve transit on Guadalupe and Lavaca Streets. During the project, there is a full lane closure on Guadalupe St. between 18th St. and 100 feet north of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
Construction is anticipated to last four to five months. Following these changes, each bus traveling through the corridor will move approximately 18% faster, with 65 seconds saved during peak evening travel periods.
