The Downtown Austin Alliance Annual Meeting of Members takes place from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2020 at The Line Hotel at 111 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas.

For the first time ever, members will be able to cast ballots electronically to vote for the 2020 board. While we welcome and encourage you to attend the Annual Meeting, we recognize that electronic voting will make the process of casting a ballot easier and more convenient, thereby increasing voter participation.

To facilitate a valid election process, we must ensure that we have fully accurate contact information for the owner of record and/or the contact information of a person who is authorized by the owner of record to cast a ballot for each assessed property in the Austin Downtown Public Improvement District (PID).

Please complete the form below for each property you own in the PID.

This information will remain proprietary to the Downtown Austin Alliance and will not be made available to any other entity without the property owner’s permission. Your ballot(s) will be sent to you between 20 and 60 days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting.

The Downtown Austin Alliance is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation that has been the managing entity for the PID since its inception in 1993. With the vision of “The downtown you will always love,” our mission is “To create, preserve and enhance the value and vitality of downtown Austin.” Assessments paid by the owners of all non-homestead properties valued over $500,000 within the PID fund the work of the Downtown Alliance. The organization provides direct services, leads necessary collaborations, and advocates for improved policy for the betterment of downtown.
