Art & Parks 2026 Waiver

By participating in the Art & Parks Bike Tour on March 14th, 2026, I acknowledge that bicycling in public spaces involves inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic, road hazards, weather conditions, and the actions of other riders or pedestrians. I understand that wireless headphones may be provided during the tour for narration and that using headphones may limit my ability to hear surrounding sounds. I agree to remain aware of my surroundings and to ride responsibly while following all traffic laws and event instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release and hold harmless the Downtown Austin Alliance, its staff, volunteers, partners, and sponsors from any claims, damages, or injuries arising out of my participation in this event. I also agree to return any issued equipment, including headphones, at the end of the tour or be responsible for replacement if lost or damaged.

I understand and agree that:
• Images or recordings may be used in various media formats for the purposes of promotion, education and awareness of Downtown Austin.
• My image may appear on the Downtown Austin Alliance website, social media channels, printed materials and other campaign-related content.
• The Downtown Austin Alliance retains the right to use these images or recordings indefinitely.
