Movies in the Park, brought to you by Austin Parks Foundation and Alamo Drafthouse, and presented by Lyft, comes to Republic Square Thursday, March 31 at 7:50 p.m. with a free showing of Ferris Bueller's Day Off.  Grab your friends, neighbors, family, and four-legged friends and head downtown to Republic Square for a relaxing evening under the beautiful Austin night sky.

Getting to the Movies
Consider using pedal power! Ride your own bicycle to the park or consider using Austin B-cycle. Make sure your bicycle is equipped with lights as it is required by law and it will be dark on your ride home. To find the safest bike routes, please visit the City’s bike website or find a hike/bike trail.

Public Transport
If you prefer to use public transportation, please refer to the CapMetro website for bus and train routes, as well as costs.

Ride Sharing
Parking is often limited, so consider carpooling, or try out one of the many ride sharing apps available here in Austin!

As always, picnics, dogs, and lawn chairs are welcome.  Smoking, alcoholic beverages, glass, and styrofoam are not permitted.  Recycling bins are provided, but we ask that you help out by packing out all of your own trash.  Thanks for your cooperation in keeping the park clean!
