POWER Walking - A Cardio Walking Workout (beginning level)

Walking is the most underrated form of exercise.
Research shows that placing one foot in front of the other leads to some seriously impressive mental and physical benefits. So come walk with us!
The most important step is the first one—making the
commitment to walk and signing up for this workshop.
Once you commit to walking, we will provide motivation and support to help you stick with it.
You will be pushed! This is not a stroll. The goal is to get the heart rate up and keep up the pace for 30 minutes.
Meet new people, enjoy the nature on the trail, and feel great!
