Ballet Strengthening & PRE-POINTE Workshop for Adults

This class is for adults (and teens ages 14 and older) who have taken ballet classes and desire to learn ballet pointe work in the future.
Before getting to that place, this workshop is recommended in order to strengthen feet, learn basic principles, and learn more about getting ready for a pointe class in the future. Or just keep those ankles and feet strong for ballet technique!
The decision of whether one is ready to go on pointe is determined by assessing strength and physical development. This workshop will provide the answer and the preparation!
Enjoy a ballet class where the focus is on preparing you to wear pointe shoes! Also a great strengthening class for ankles and feet!
