Urban Flow Dance Movement

This class offers a unique blend of movement and music that will allow you to move through the hour.
Urban Flow is a hybrid of contemporary movement, hip hop movement, and the breathing of Pilates. Flow through the hour while connecting your breath to your movements and the music.
Each class will begin with a brief warm up and then move right into the flow. Over the course of an hour you will feel more connected to yourself and the music that carries the class.
The music will be melodic and beat heavy. The choreography is simple and should feel natural.
All levels are welcomed, but some dance experience is preferred. Taught by certified Pilates and dance instructor.
