The Pilates Mat Workout is one of the best things you can do for your body. It's a great way to get in a Pilates core workout and strengthen and tone your overall body.
Mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level which makes this a challenging class for anyone. Each class takes you through a series of exercises that are done on the floor (mat) without Pilates machines but providing the same attention to core muscles.
A great way to get in shape, stay in shape, or cross train during the summer months.
