A Stretch, Relaxation & Mindfulness workshop that will take you through 4 Sunday afternoons to help you get mentally ready for the week, but more importantly, teach you HOW to stretch, relax, and be mindful.
This 45 minutes will certainly help clear your mind while you stretch out your body; recovering from the weekend or preparing for the week ahead.
Easy on both the body and the mind, this 4 week workshop will help you get started on a practice you can continue at home.
Mats are provided. Wear comfortable workout clothing, socks or bare feet.
