It is never too late to learn anything new... And modern dance can be especially fun for adults. This six-week absolute beginning modern dance workshop for adults takes place in fun and welcoming environment.

Modern dance is an expressive and highly individualized dance form. With technique less restrictive than classical ballet, modern is the perfect jumping off point for self-expression.

The workshop works on modern concepts through exercises and choreography designed to promote proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing that allows movement, and socks or bare feet.
