The Accounting Coordinator will assist our Controller in managing the overall financial activities of the organization. Primary responsibilities for this role include accounts receivable/accounts payable and general bookkeeping duties. Additionally, the Accounting Coordinating will work with our operations team to effectively manage service contracts.
The Communication Coordinator will play a key role in helping to tell the story of our work and of downtown Austin. This position will support the organization’s internal and external communication through digital platforms, public relations, and event support. Primary responsibilities include developing visual and written content for social media and email marketing campaigns, maintaining and updating the website, and supporting outreach efforts to expand the presence of the Downtown Austin Alliance family of brands in the community.
The Research Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing downtown Austin data. The position will work with relational, structured, and geospatial databases and will serve as the database administrator for our research systems. This includes the maintenance of data tables, monitoring usage, and research trends, exploring data integrations, and coordinating staff training to enhance the effectiveness of our research efforts.
